We coordinate the travel
Once your trip is booked, we coordinate the flight itinerary, airline pet reservation requirements, pickup arrangements, and airport handoff details.
On travel day, you’ll receive a live flight tracker so you can follow the journey in real time, including scheduled departure and arrival times, delays, flight status, and the aircraft’s progress while in the air.
Airport reunion
We’ll coordinate a convenient meeting point at the destination airport where your new family member will be personally handed over to you.
